In your quest to make the perfect FavIcon for your website or blog you may need to edit a picture. Not everyone is a Photoshop expert, or needs to be. Most of the time I just need to do minor changes such as resizing or adding text, so there is no need to have a complex image editing program.
I am a big proponent for Web 2.0 and online applications. There are quite a few online image editing sites. After an extensive search I came upon DrPic (http://drpic.com). This application meets all of my requirements.
- Free
- Easy to use
- A URL that I can remember
- Intuitive interface
I sent a short e-mail to Nich (the owner of DrPic.com) and told him that I was going to use DrPic as a recommend tool at FavIcon.com. He gave me the go ahead, so here it is! Nich also has a company called Internich that showcases all of his web endeavors. Stop by and see what he has to offer.
I was thinking about presenting a tutorial for DrPic, but there is no need because the tool interface is user friendly already. So if you are in need of simple easy to use online picture editing stop by DrPic.com.
