 I have just installed yet another Free FavIcon Generation Program for your use.  This one can be found on the web as FavIcon Service Script.  It is a no frills icon making program. 
It will make:

16×16 favicons
32×32 Icons
48×48 Icons
64×64 full size Desktop Icons
